We recognise the urgency of reducing carbon emissions and are committed to leading the transition to a more sustainable future. Solarig is engaged from project development to operation, from the start and for decades to come.

Responsibility & Governance

We take seriously our responsibilities towards our professionals, customers, partners, and the communities in which we work. Our local team has growing 200% vs 2022, received more than 75 hours of trainings.

Through innovation and active listening, we are committed to maximum efficiency and ambitious standards. Innovation is our strategic lever to address the energy transition towards a decarbonised economy.

Community Engagement & Support Programs

As we develop projects we look to develop support programs that will be of real benefit to the community these range in size dependent on the schemes but range funding community social support schemes, solar panels for primary school, or children playgrounds.

Landowners

The landholder agreements have been developed to balance the interests of the Landowners and the developer. We have put in place an innovative revenue sharing arrangement and ownership model that delivers benefits to near neighbours nd the broader community

Solarig is committed to ensuring that both traditional landowners and the wider communities on whose land we develop our solar and batteries projects on can share in the jobs, skills, and infrastructure benefits that our projects will provide.

Environment

We aim to leave a positive legacy for future generations through our energy decarbonization projects, contributing to a sustainable and ethical future. We are dedicated to continuously improving our environmental stewardship and ethical participation in our supply chains.

Biodiversity

Regarding biodiversity, most of our schemes require some biodiversity improvement and whilst we can provide ideas we welcome local projects and suggestions.
